Figure Drawing and Painting

I have been practicing figure drawing, both “Drawing from Life” and from photos, for as long as I can remember. Drawing the figure, especially from a live model, helps me develop a deeper understanding of the figure — a skill which transfers well to my sculpture work.

I have also started working with watercolors, adding them to my drawings. I’m keenly drawn to the flow, and even the way the medium has a mind of its own.
